Onsite or UPS Ground shipping to our facility.  If shipped, we can provide a shipping box if needed.  

A UPS pick up label is e-mailed so that you can take advantage of our special round-trip ground rates to and from Millbury, Mass. 01527.  

UPS Ground arrives the following morning to us from anywhere in New England.  

Turnaround time is usually the same week.  Most parts are in stock.  In shop servicing is more thorough than on site since we can run many, many sterilization cycles looking for trends or intermittent problems.  

We also service P&C, Midmark, Porter and Ritter.
